A
PROMISE made about 16 years ago will finally be realized. And it’s fast

introduced and unveiled the second and final tower alongside the
luxurious One Roxas Triangle. Named Two Roxas Triangle, the tower brings

it took a while for the developers to start the second tower and
complete the Roxas Triangle series. “We haven’t felt a much better time
to launch the second tower but now. We all know that at present, the
Philippine economy is very strong. In fact, our country is one of the
most resilient in the region,” Jugo said.

Rising at the heart of

Two Roxas Triangle is
designed by respected master planners from Skidmore, Owings &

and Partners; landscape architects from Belt Collins, recognized for
their works on Raffles Hotel in Singapore; and celebrated interior

Singapore and Seoul Millennium Hotel, just to name a few, in
collaboration with Asuncion-Berenguer.
“This is the kind of
talent we are pulling together for Two Roxas Triangle. We are with no
less than the best people to handle this project,” said Jugo.
‘Rarefied’
Jugo shared that when
the Makati Central Business District was first designed, its founders
left open two parts of land which today are perhaps the most expensive
pieces of real estate in the country. One of these is Ayala Triangle.
The other is Roxas Triangle, where One Roxas Triangle now proudly stands
tall. “This area is highly exclusive, a part of Makati that is
separated from the bustles of the city life,” said Jugo.
Jugo further shared
that any developer who might have the chance to have this parcel of land
would probably fit in about five towers to maximize the land values.
“What we are doing here is that we are limiting it to two towers alone.
Everything else about the land would be an open space for the two
towers. These two towers are that rare and special.”
The Two Roxas Triangle
units are also clear manifestations of its rarity. The entire 52-level
tower only contains a total of 182 units. Its exclusivity is even raised
by several notches as each floor only has four units in comparison with
a typical high-end building that has about 10 to 12 units.
The smallest unit at
the tower is 302 sq m, and the biggest cut expands all the way to 550 sq
m. Furthermore, the tower’s garden level has two units. Standard units
are then located from the fourth to the 41st floor. Higher than these
floors is what the developers call the sky units. Beyond the sky are the
penthouses, four of which are bi-level and three are flats.
“The design of Two
Roxas Tower is consistent with the first tower—the unit layouts to an
extent the façade design. There may be some slight variations on the
materials used as we need to remain current and adapt to the changing
times,” Jugo explained.
A choice address
Currently, the
property remains to be the most esteemed address in Makati, with its
remarkable location, modern edifice and well-thought of amenities. One
Roxas Triangle remains to be the choice residential address to some of
the most notable families, while major industry players in both the
national and multi-national fronts have identified One Roxas as their
home away from home.
High profitability
With the first tower’s
profitability, the developers are hopeful that the unit owners of One
Roxas Triangle will also take interest in the second tower. “We have
already been receiving inquiries for the second tower. In fact, as early
as when the first tower was completed. That’s why we are optimistic
about Two Roxas Triangle.”
